- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Waited two months for Steve bentley to repair a leaking roof and overhaul a conservatory. Created a new leak and refused to rectify work. Found he had laid the roof tiles wrongly so a leak was inevitable. Charged 50% more than original estimate for work- bill went up from just under £500 to nearly £800. Also painted over a window sill so that it would not open. Refused to rectify that either. Very disappointing. Curt and offensive response from wife to my request for a rectification. Glad now I did not pursue this as would not want him back.By Admin, September 07, 2019
